Admission information

Admission at our school is based strictly on merit, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process. Selection is finalized after careful screening, interaction, or written tests, as per the decision of the school management. The school reserves the right to place a student in the class most suitable to their academic level. Parents/guardians introducing the child will be fully responsible for fees, attendance, and proper conduct throughout the child’s schooling.

Important details regarding admission are as follows:

1. Mandatory Documents

• For Kindergarten: Original Date of Birth Certificate (Municipal Corporation/Zila Panchayat) with photocopy, and Admission Certificate.
• For Higher Classes: Transfer Certificate and Result Card (duly countersigned by the competent authority).
• For Catholic/Christian Students: Baptism Certificate and an introduction letter from the Parish Priest or Pastor.
• For SC/ST/OBC Applicants: Relevant caste certificate.
• For All Students: Proof of residence (compulsory).

2. General Rules

• No admission will be entertained through intermediaries, donations, or recommendations.
• Admission obtained on the basis of false documents will be cancelled at any stage.
• Prescribed age criteria must be met for Class LKG admission.
• Change in Date of Birth will not be entertained later.
• Admission to higher classes may involve testing on the syllabus of the previous class.
• Admission is not a matter of right and remains subject to the Principal’s discretion.
• The Principal reserves the authority to allot or re-allot sections as required.

3. Admission to Class XI

• Provisional admission is offered in April for Science and Commerce streams.
• Eligibility is based on Class X pre-board examination results.

Final admission requires:

• Passing the Class X Board Examination.
• Securing the percentage prescribed by the school.
• Maintaining good conduct.
• Availability of seats in the chosen stream.
